Au Bon Pain – Intrepid sea, air and space museum. Food carts are an excellent vehicle for selling food outside standard restaurant locations.  The difference between effectively communicating with potential customers means everything.  Recently we were contracted by Au Bon Pain to wrap their food carts. When asking one of the staff members if he believed the wrap would make a difference in their sales he commented "Well today was a slow day and we sold about $ 350.00 more than we usually do before our carts were wrapped."  365 days x $ 350.00 represents an increase in annual sales totaling $ 127,750.00   Wraps work – the numbers prove it!
